Lola King Candles are designed for decorative purposes. If you do choose to light them, we recommend the following tips when burning your candle for the first time.
- Before lighting your candle, ensure your candle is on a flat, heat-resistance surface, away from flammable items prior to lighting
- Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting the candle
- Burn the candle for no more than one hour the first time you light it
- We do not recommend burning your candle for more than 1 hour each time
- Trim the wick each time before you light the candle
Ongoing Use
- When not in use, ensure your candle is away from direct sunlight.
- Trim the wick each time before you light the candle.
Candle Safety
- Ensure your candle is on a flat, heat-resistance surface
- Light your candle in a well-ventilated space, clear of flowers and other flammable objects
- Never leave burning candles unattended
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
